Log Home Based on Total Occupancy* of up to 10 people

Christmas, New Year's, Thankgiving, Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends--3 night minimum- $250.00 per night. You are allowed a total occupancy of 10.

Weekly bookings during holidays are regular rates.

Holiday rates are 3 night min 250.00 per night based on weekend holidays.
Sales taxes 7%, cleaning deposit 75.00, extra linen packages are 15.00 per package, pet fees are 35.00 on approved pets only. These rates are based on maximum occupancy of 10 people. CANCELATIONS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THE CABIN IS REBOOKED FOR THAT TIME FRAME MINUS A 35.00 RESERVATION FEE. ALL OTHERS WILL BE CHARGED A 35.00 RESERVATION FEE.

Guest House (occupancy up to 6 people)

Monthly and weekly bookings during holidays are regular rates.

Pet Fee $35.00 Non-refundable (Pet must be approved prior to making reservations)
