Nightly and weekend stays
require a 50% down deposit plus a $60.00 refundable cleaning deposit on
major credit cards, for
reservations, remainder of
balance must be paid within 10 days of arrival.

all cleaning on departure, please let us know at time of check in.
All weekly bookings are
normally Sat. to Sat. Check in is normally 3:00 PM. Check out is
normally 11:00 AM. We will try to meet all your needs if possible.
All reservations are subject to
a 30 day cancellation policy. Deposits will be returned minus a $30
processing and cancellation fee on all reservations canceled 31 days or
more, prior to the reservation start date. Deposits on reservations
canceled within 30 days of the arrival date can only be refunded (minus
the processing and cancellation fee) if the cabin is re-rented for the
time frame reserved.
We
cannot refund moneys due to circumstances beyond our control. We
therefore highly recommend that if traveling during months of possible
bad weather, consider purchasing Trip Insurance. This is a good policy
anytime of the year for the protection of your investment due to
unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents.
Pets: Only under selective
circumstances, depending on the unit and the pet. This must be approved
prior to making reservations. Any unapproved pets found on premises
will execute early departure with no refunds. If pet is approved, there will be a $35.00 non-refundable pet fee.
Linens: If you would like for
us to supply linens, please let us know at time of reservation. Linens
will be in marked packages on bar when you arrive. Each package
contains a fitted sheet, regular sheet, 2 pillow cases, bath towels,
and wash clothes. Please leave linen in original zipper bags on bar
at departure. We will wash the linens.
Linen cost is $15.00 per package regardless of bed size.
Your cleaning deposit will be
mailed back to you within 30 days providing you follow our cleaning
check list inside the unit. We try to leave enough cleaning supplies,
including sponges, brushes, mop and bucket inside of the cabins. Cabins
must be cleaned entirely, including baths, and left ready for next
guest. We try to personally inspect before each arrival to ensure
cleaning has been properly done. If you would like for us to take care
of cleaning, please let us know in advance so we will have time to line
it up.
